SaveThem India Foundation is looking for empathetic and confident Tele Callers to support our fundraising and awareness initiatives. The role involves connecting with donors and supporters over calls, explaining our social impact, and encouraging contributions towards meaningful causes across India.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential donors, supporters, and volunteers
• Clearly explain SaveThem India Foundation’s mission, initiatives, and impact
• Generate donations and support through effective communication
• Follow up with existing donors and maintain positive relationships
• Maintain accurate call records and donor information
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and fundraising targets
• Address donor queries professionally and politely

Must Have

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills in English & regional language
• Basic computer knowledge and call handling skills
• Prior experience in telecalling, fundraising, sales, or customer support is an advantage
• Passion for social causes and helping people

Nice to Have

• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Patience, empathy, and positive attitude
• Ability to handle objections politely
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
