Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
• Design engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaign creatives
• Develop and execute social media campaigns for fundraising and awareness
• Write compelling captions aligned with the foundation’s mission and values
• Monitor comments, messages, and engage with followers professionally
• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports
• Coordinate with field teams, designers, and content writers for updates
• Stay updated with social media trends and NGO digital practices

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or related field (preferred)
• 1+ year experience in social media management (NGO experience is an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools
• Basic design knowledge (Canva / Adobe tools preferred)
• Passion for social impact and storytelling
