Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of fundraisers / tele callers
• Assign daily targets and monitor individual and team performance
• Train new team members on communication, fundraising ethics, and processes
• Ensure discipline, professionalism, and quality interactions
• Coordinate with operations and management teams for campaign execution
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• Support team members in achieving targets and resolving challenges
• Ensure compliance with NGO policies and fundraising standards

Must Have

• Graduate / Diploma holder (preferred)
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in fundraising, sales, call center, or team handling
• Prior NGO or field fundraising experience is an advantage
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Willingness to work in field or target-driven environments
